The Opportunity: Your Role as a US Registered Nurse

You will be a valued member of a dedicated healthcare team, working at a modern US hospital with 80+ beds.

• Position: Staff Registered Nurse (RN)

• Specialty: Adult Inpatient Units

• Role: You will be responsible for providing high-quality, direct patient care to adult patients in an inpatient setting (such as Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or similar units). You will use your clinical judgment to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

This is a specific opportunity for experienced nurses. To be eligible for sponsorship, you must meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

• Education: You must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

• Required Document: You must provide a complete Transcript of Records (TOR) with your application.

• Experience: You must have a minimum of 12 months (1 year) of current, continuous experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Hospital Size: Your current or recent experience must be in a hospital with 80 or more beds.

• Specialty: Your 12 months of experience must be in an Adult Inpatient unit.

  • (Note: Experience in pediatrics, OB/GYN, outpatient clinics, or community health unfortunately does not qualify for this specific position).

• Licensure: You must hold a current, valid nursing license in Lesotho.
